How do I use my Ezibuoy

Full instructions are in the box but we ALWAYS welcome any questions you may have. Just simply connect with us using the website contact form or give us a call and we will help as soon as we can.

What is your returns/refunds policy?


We want you to love your EziBuoy as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied please let us know within 30 days for a full refund.

What is covered in my EziBuoy Warranty?

At EziBuoy we will always try and solve any problem you may have with our product. Our warranty is 12 months.

We warrant EziBuoy to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.

Do you ship EziBuoy internationally?

Yes definitely, EziBuoy is a global product. Obviously deleivery time may vary but there is a tracking feature on our shipping.

Can you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, no problem

Is the handle attachment available seperately so others can use my mooring buoy?

Yes, the handle attachment, and 3 universal inserts which fit directly onto your boat hook can be purchased in our shop, and comes complete with instructions. CLICK HERE for more information
